Listen First

Before pouring our advice, we carefully seek to understand your organization’s mission, culture, and your donors.  When working with donors, first learn the person’s values. Listen for their goals for themselves, their family, and their legacy.

Align Values

My role is to help others reach their goals, not maximize my own quotas or commissions.

Competence

Work with a Certified Fundraising Executive with more than 20 years full time fundraising experience, including numerous successful capitcal campaigns, board trainings, and managing fundraising staff and volunteers.  This includes direct experience with gifts of a wide range of assets, and wealth preservation trusts. 

Humility and Integrity

Today’s complex world requires people with a wide range of expertise–no one can know it all. If I don’t know something, I’ll tell you.  And I’ll be honest about what works and what doesn’t.
